Pistol cu Capse
Pistol cu Capse (Cap Gun) is a Romanian punk-rock band formed in 2003 in Bucharest. Although no contract with a label and mostly unmanaged, the band enjoys a certain reputation on the Romanian underground scene.
The year 2008 marked the release of their debut self-titled album, containing 15 tracks.
Since its establishment, the band has supported hundreds of live acts, both locally and abroad,having the opportunity to perform on the same stage with big names of the genre such as Mad Caddies, NOFX, No Use for a Name, Strike Anywhere, 3 Feet Smaller, Marky Ramone (of The Ramones) Jaya The Cat and others.
In 2012, PCC recorded an acoustic adventure, the Unplugged album. The album features Bazooka (Moonlight Breakfast) who performed recorded keyboards. The acoustic version of "Ea Crede" enjoyed wide radio broadcast and hundreds of thousands youtube views.
"Dupa zece" album (2015) contains 10 new songs, mostly reggae rock oriented. The album sound was notablly enhanced by synthetisers and keyboards, performed by Horatiu and Beavis but special sound effects too, thanks to album producer Janin Pasniciuc.
Until 2015, the band members were Vlad (vocals, guitar), Dan (guitar), Adi (bass), and Andrei (drums).
In summer of 2015, Alex take over the drums replacing Andrei and Bogdan the guitar, as Dan moved to Germany.
